You must contact us if you plan to film on a highway or footway, including any Traffic Management or Stop and Go.
We will arrange a site meeting to discuss your requirements and provide the necessary staff and equipment.
The cost of a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is £3000.
Once your filming has been approved, it is your responsibility to notify:
- residents – a resident’s letter will be agreed with us,
- local councillors, and
- South Wales Police – only if you need to log an incident number.
This is in line with the Film Makers Code of Practice which show guidelines for production companies filming in Cardiff.
